SorryWorks!
Florida Patient Safety Corporation endorses a medical malpractice alternative program called SorryWorks! This is a nationwide movement that encourages disclosure after adverse medical events and, when appropriate, apology and quick resolution following medical errors. At the heart of SorryWorks! is a cultural push to change thinking on the medical malpractice crisis from a legal/political problem to a customer service challenge.
